The system is regularly updated to meet the desired processes of our clients. When a new update is done, the documentation will be updated as well. This usually happens within two months.
Updates
Currently the team is working on a number of updates which are:

Units feature. A branch covers a certain geographical location determined by an organization. Within the specified location of the branch, there can be certain areas where clients are operating, especially for organizations that offer services to vendors or small businesses. These different areas can be subdivided to form different units, each of which can be assigned to different loan officers. When this setting is configured in the system, each client and loan added to the system is assigned to a unit, and each unit is assigned to a particular loan officer. This means that a loan officer assigned to a unit can view data for that unit, including dashboard, clients, loans, payments, and so on. Reports such as PAR can also be generated for each unit. This makes it easy for management to identify units that pose more risk to the portfolio, and to evaluate the performance of loan officers. It also helps loan officers in the same branch to focus on clients that are part of their unit.

Collection Sheet. A collection sheet is a report that shows a list of clients and the loans that are due on each day. It allows the loans officer to see the balances and client information, such as phone number. This sheet is especially useful when the loans officer is in the field.
